Technical support for the Chromebook scheme is provided by our IT contractors, Eduthing. The on-site technicians should be the first port of call if a pupil is experiencing problems with their Chromebook. The Digital Support office where they are based is room Q2-M.
The technicians will assess the issue and make appropriate recommendations. In many cases, they will be able to remedy the issue without further action needed. There is generally no substitute for having the device to hand, so pupils should ensure that they take their Chromebook with them when seeking support. If our technicians need to refer the support case to another member of staff or department, they will advise this.
