Important Note: If your student is University-bound taking AG courses and you're using a variety of vendors for their curriculum, please check the ==> "Blue Ridge Academy 2023-2024 Course List" <== to check whether the course is AG approved by BRA. If you do NOT see the course listed, then please let your HST know so the course can be AG approved and/or adopted as AP.

Career Tech Education (CTE) is a program of study designed to integrate core academic knowledge with technical and occupational knowledge. In other words, students gain practical knowledge and skills that will help them find a career.  Students are engaged in pathway programs to provide a wide range of learning experiences spanning a variety of career tracks, fields, and industries.

I Can Statements (TK-8)

I Can Statements are family-friendly guides that can be used to help your family and ensure your students are on track for their grade level. All learning objectives for English Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies are provided, written in family-friendly language. I Can Statements help make grade-level learning targets clear for families and they address the standards students of the same grade level learn in all public schools. I Can Statements are also flexible enough to easily pair with your selected curriculum choice.
