2. AS 91329 Level 2, Credits 4: Demonstrate understanding of application of biophysical principles to training for physical activity
You all will be required to design & implement a four week training programme incorporating biophysical principles ie, Exercise Physiology, Principles & Methods of training and Sports Psychology You will keep a log over the four week period and then give a report on some outcomes learnt in relation to the above mentioned concepts

1. start to work on resource B and Safety Action Plan for tramping activities. Develop your own Risk management plan for the overnight tramp. Use the Risk Register supplied as your template

Year 12: Introduction to AS 91333 Analyse the application of risk management strategies to a challenging outdoor activity
Year 13 Introduction to AS 91789 Devise strategies for a physical activity outcome
Year 13 Task: Work through planning worksheet, Delegate roles
Year 12 Task four groups, continue to work together to complete Pre activity site assessment, Resource A, day tramp options. Mangaone walkway, Paekakariki track, Waitewaewae track, South Ohau track.
Once site assessment is completed start to work on resource B and Safety Action Plan

Task: Read through the achievement standard to start to look at what is required to complete assessment
Year 13 Start to Brainstorm goals for overnight tramp eg:Complete tramp that will challenge the group Te Whare Tapa Wha, gain knowledge specific outdoor Leadership principles, learn about speciific history of the area
Year 12 Split into four groups, each will work together to complete assessment. Start on Pre activity site assessment, Resource A, day tramp options. Mangaone walkway, Paekakariki track, Waitewaewae track, South Ohau track.

I have attached the Te Whare Tapa Wha goal setting guidelines which you are required to look through to help you with your goal setting process
