Branded Story Asset Checklist
Branding
Logo - file type: eps, jpg or png. File size: minimum 500 x 500 pixels or larger
Brand name (if different from the client name) - for the wording at the top of all slides next to the logo (max 30 characters).
Slides
3-5 slides recommended (the min no. of slides is 1 and the absolute maximum is 9 slides)
Safe zones: Leave approx 250 pixels at the top and bottom free from text, logos or subtitles to allow space for logo / branding and CTA button.
Still or animated images - File type: jpg, png, gif. File size: max. 1MB per slide. Aspect ratio 9:16. Width: min 400px - max 1,222px.
Video assets - File type: mp4 or mov. File size: max 2MB. Aspect ratio 9:16.
Duration: Max 20 seconds across all slides. (e.g. 1 slide x20 secs, 2 slides x10 secs etc.)
Width: min. 320px - max 720px. Resolution: 480p.
Copy to go with each slide (if not already on supplied videos/images)
If copy needs to be written by TMG, please provide guidance for the objectives and messaging for the Branded Story. (Caption/description text should be no more than approx. 100 characters / 20 words / 4 lines of copy)
Call to action
Wording for CTA button - EG. Discover more, Shop now, Sign up (max 20 characters)
Link for CTA button - this link can include tracking, there can be one link across all slides or different links for each slide, if each slide promotes a different product or service.
Hex colour codes for CTA button - we can match the button to brand colours and edit the transparency of the button
NB. We cannot change the font of the text on the CTA button, nor the placements of the button as these are hard-coded into the platform.
