Insights from Recruitment and Selection

Macarena Gysling, Director of Selection, describes the indicators and data that she and her team use to guide strategic planning for selection year on year. These indicators include:

    1. Efficiency of selection system:
      • Net Promoter Score of candidates who would promote the selection system
      • How challenged/inspired did the candidate feel throughout the selection cycle?
      • % of candidates who attend their Evaluation Center interview
    2. Reliability of selection model - % of candidates who accept their Evaluation Center interview
    3. Validity of selection model - % of participants who remain in the program during the two years
