Course selections are currently LOCKED until early September.

If you complete a summer school course that was requested during course selection, your alternative will automatically replace it.  You will still have the opportunity to make changes early September.

Timetable change requests may be made beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2024 at 8:00PM until Friday, Sept. 6, 2024 at 4:00PM.  To request a change you must complete the Google Form at Course Change Request Form (form is currently locked)

A matrix with the list of available courses and when they are scheduled can be accessed here towards the end of August.

• You may submit only ONE request (but can make multiple course changes).

• Moving to another section/class of the same course is NOT permitted.

• Requesting to change a teacher of the same course is NOT permitted.

Follow your current timetable until your Counsellor confirms (via email) a change has been made!

• IF the course requested is FULL, you'll be added to a waitlist, it DOESN'T guarantee a change!  

• Counsellors will email a confirmation IF a timetable change is made! Please check your email.  

• No appointments can be made during the first 2 weeks of September as counsellors work on the timetable change requests

• Counsellor may schedule an appointment to discuss options, so check your email!

Do NOT email counsellors asking for status, this only slows down the counsellor!

You will be able to see your timetable using the TDSB Connects app. Download "TDSB Connects" from either Google Play or the Apple App Store.

If you cannot access your timetable you may pick it up at York Mills on Tues. Sept. 3 in the Main Office.

York Mills CI does not update MyBlueprint as this is done centrally by the TDSB.  

Recent course changes may not have been reflected on MBP.  

As was explained during the course selection process, if you successfully completed a summer school class (in the TDSB) in a course that was scheduled for 2023-2024 it will automatically be replaced with your alternate course selection by your Guidance Counsellor. If you would like it replaced with something other than your alternate course you will have to follow the instructions posted above to request the change.

If you took a summer school course somewhere outside of the TDSB (another board or private school) please have the school at which you completed the course forward your final report card to York Mills as soon as possible and notify your Guidance Counsellor via email.
