How do To DROP A COURSE FOR A SPARE (Starting FEB. 7)?
Any student wishing to drop a current course for a SPARE can use Course Drop Request Form
You MUST have 3 courses per semester
Follow your current timetable until your Counsellor confirms (via email) a change has been made!
The deadline dates for the 2023/2024 school year to drop a course without it appearing on your transcript are:
SEMESTER 2: MEET WITH YOUR COUNSELLOR BY: April 25, 2024; DROP DATE: May 1, 2024 (NOTE: The upload to OUAC and OCAS happens between Apr. 22 and Apr. 24)
How do I request a Timetable Change? (Starting Jan. 30)?
Semester 2 timetable change requests may be made beginning on Tuesday, Jan. 30 at 8:00am (form will be locked until then) until Tuesday, Feb. 6 at 4:00pm. Starting Wednesday Feb 7 students CAN ONLY Drop a course for a Spare.
To request a change you must complete the Google Form at (Semester 2 Course Change Request)
Course changes have closed, the YM Matrix is NO longer available
You may submit only ONE request to make a change OR multiple changes to your timetable. (The system will allow only one form to be submitted per student. Think carefully before you submit.)
Moving to another section/class of the same course is NOT permitted.
Teacher selection is NOT permitted.

I am a new student. How do I access my TDSB accounts for the first time?
Click here for instructions to login to your account for the first time. (It will take at least 48 hours to activate after your registration appointment.) You will need your student number. It is on your timetable. If you do not have your timetable please email your Guidance counsellor to obtain it. The shared secret password is 8 digits long in the following format: last 4 digits of the student numbers, 2 digits day of birth, 2 digits month of birth.
