Company-level prerequisite:
Completion of two business courses prior to the start is required for theHR Assistan
Completion of Grade 11 Accounting and at least one other business course prior to the start are required for the Financial Accounting Co-op Analyst (AM Co-op) position.
Available Positions
Position #1: HR Co-op Student (AM & PM)
Scanning, filing, saving documents into employee files
• Assist in preparing posters, presentations, and documentation for HR initiatives and announcements.
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
• Preparing writing content and conducting research for the company newsletter including articles on company events and initiatives, regional holidays, and employee recognition
• Preparing written content for company wellness initiatives including field staff talking points
• Assisting the Communications Coordinator with preparing videos using Synthesia to supplement HR initiatives and programs.
• Scanning documents hard copy files onto our electronic files to assist the HR ops team
• General team support when anyone asks for help with their tasks
Position #2: Accounting Co-op (AM or PM)
· Assist in updating reports, presentations, and documentation for Finance initiatives
· Updating our daily Service/Maintenance Billing Reports
· Assist in building ad-hoc reports and analysis on business performance and reviewing KPI metrics
· Assist with obtaining information from internal stakeholders within applied deadlines
· General team support when anyone asks for help with their tasks
