2025-2026 Semester 2 Applications – Important Update
Thank you for your interest in the Business Connect Central programs. ELIS and the student Google application forms are now closed. Successful candidates will be contacted for Stage 1 interviews during the week of November 24. Stay tuned.
Stage 1 and Stage 2 interviews will be completed before winter break.
Stage 2 interviews with employers will take place during the first two weeks of December.
We will only interview students who meet the application guidelines.
Remind students to dress professionally for interviews.
Please do not contact central co-op placement supervisors directly. For any concerns or issues, contact the centrally assigned teachers.

Program Overview
The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) offers the Business Connect Central Co-op Program, providing students with experiential learning opportunities in various business sectors, including banking, accounting, finance, marketing, and management/operation. This program enables students to apply classroom knowledge in real-world settings, enhancing their skills and understanding of business operations.
Application model
One application per company (each company has its own form).
Deadlines vary by company (see each company section).
Semester 2 2025-2026 at a glance
Semester 2 Application deadline: Friday, November 21, 2025 — 4:00 p.m.
Info sessions (Semester 2 intake):
Thursday, October 30th, 2025 — lunch hour
Friday, November 7th, 2025 — lunch hour
Interviews: Week of November 24, 2025, and week of December 1, 2025
Placement dates:
Semester 1: September 22, 2025 – January 16, 2026
Semester 2: February 23, 2026 – June 12, 2026

Co-op Credits:
The program offers various credit structures, including AM & PM sessions or 4-credit co-op placements, accommodating different student schedules and academic requirements.; Offered in Semester 1 and Semester 2.
Application timelines for co-op teachers:
ELIS applications for SEM 1 open in May and ELIS applications for SEM 2 open in November. Students must be entered into ELIS first before they can be considered for the program. Please reach out to vanessa.Yoon@tdsb.on.ca for more details.
