Audition Requirements 

Part 1 - Portfolio

Prepare a 3-piece Portfolio of your own original works of art that demonstrate your ability to think creatively and your skill set.

1. 1. 1. Portfolio may include photography, illustration, video, animation or design work

      2. Files must be submitted as .jpeg or .mp4

Part 2 - Submit Your Portfolio

1. Upload your artwork to this GOOGLE FORM (coming soon)

2. Respond to the provided prompt to demonstrate your creativity

3. Portfolio due: NOVEMBER 13, 2025

4. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your portfolio.

Review of Application Process:

1. Complete SOAR on-line application: SEPTEMBER 26 – OCTOBER 31, 2025

2. BOOK your in-person audition time by NOVEMBER 6, 2025 

3. AUDITIONS will be held on NOVEMBER 13, 2025 at St. Patrick CSS. 

4. OFFERS: Successful candidates will be notified by email NOVEMBER 27, 2025

5. ACCEPTANCE:  Parents accept/decline offers by DECEMBER 2, 2025
