QEC operates through a collaborative leadership model that supports members at every level.
The President, Chairs, and other executive leaders who guide the organization, oversee committees, and coordinate major decisions.
Student leaders who take charge of specific events or programs (e.g., Draggieland, Lavender Graduation). They work closely with officers and committees with no prior experience required.
Active contributors who support QEC's operations through one of our committees.
Community members who participate in events, stay informed, and support QEC's mission.
