A tax-deductible donation can be done in one of three ways: bank transfer, check, or card. All tax-deductible donations must be sent to through the Texas A&M Foundation and all donation issues or concerns should be directed to them. If you have any questions about donating or other options available contact The Texas A&M Foundation. If you need a W-9 for your donation contact the Texas A&M Foundation at 979.845.8161 for more information and instructions on your W-9 needs.

Bank Transfer

The preferred method to receive donations is via a bank transfer. Follow these steps to donate using your bank account:

1. Go to The Texas A&M Foundation Wire Gift page

2. Enter your name, email, phone, address, etc.

3. Enter your bank name, donation amount, and anticipated transfer date

4. Under gift purpose enter “Queer Empowerment Council – 942410”

5. The Texas A&M Foundation will then be in contact to finalize the donation

Check

If you choose to mail a check, please make it payable to “The Texas A&M Foundation” and in the memo field write “Queer Empowerment Council – 942410” in order for us to receive the donation. Mail your check to the following address:

Card Payment

Please be aware that this is not the preferred method as The Texas A&M Foundation deducts 3% of the donation from us.

If you prefer to donate using a credit/debit card, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Go to The Texas A&M Foundation give page

2. Under “Select a Unit or College”, select “An unlisted account (Enter Manually)”

3. Write “Queer Empowerment Council – 942410”

4. Enter the donation amount

5. Fill out the credit/debit card details
