Subject Selection
To assist students in choosing subjects for a Vocational Pathway, the following packages which match specific career aspirations have been designed. Each package includes grouped subjects of those most relevant to the careers indicated based on the courses offered in Stage 6 at Good Samaritan Catholic College. In addition, students may wish to choose a two unit TVET Subject. Please note that these packages are suggestions for Preliminary Course selections.
Please Note: Apprenticeship / Traineeship students (SBAT) usually choose to pick up the subject of Industry Based Learning in Year 12 (2 units) and therefore may choose to withdraw from another subject - please see St Joseph staff for further details regarding this course and the possible choices.
