Blended learning is a pedagogical model whereby student's learns at least in part of their course through delivery of content and instruction via digital and online media. The online elements are supplemented with face-to-face learning and teaching activities that allow the student ensure their understanding of syllabus concepts and ideas. It also incorporates some element of student control over time, place, path, or pace. Most schools would incorporate elements of some form of blended learning in their everyday classroom practice especially those schools that have 1:1 devices or a BYOD.
