In class today we learned about how content we see online effects our emotions, and how we immediately react without considering the consequences of our actions. The goal of this activity was to learn how to recognize and control how we respond to certain things we see on the internet to help prevent commenting and posting something impulsively. I probably have liked/shared something I regretted but I probably found the video again and unliked it. When I have unread notifications I don't really react, I usually just skim through them and clear the ones I don't need. I’m most proud that some of the press pause methods that were suggested to use I already did. Usually when I see something I don't like, I think to myself why this person would say that, and if my reaction really needs to be known to the rest of the comment section. These methods that I chose are really helpful and help me watch what Im posting online.
