Artist Statement:

It took about 3 weeks to create this. Turned it in a week late to finish. I think that you can tell I was rushing toward the end of this piece. But I'm proud of this. Truly think that I did a really good job creating it. My dog who passed away was my emotion-support animal. She went to a lot of places with me, but toward the end that couldn't happen. She was 3 legged and super sweet.

Going back to the actual artwork. I went box by box. Starting at the left top corner. Using a charcoal pencil as well as charcoal, white and black. As well as an Ink pen. This piece took a lot of blending. My hands were stained black after working on them almost every night.
