WhachamaDraWit

I made this piece for the watchamaDRAWit project. My prompt was "Draw a silly monster that loves sweets." It is supposed to be monsters surrounded by candy.I drew this piece because I thought drawing multiple monsters would be more fun than drawing just one because I could experiment more and make different things and it allowed me to be more creative.

I made this with an ink pen for the entire piece. The paper I used was 9,12. I used the pen to make deeper outlines on all the characters.

When making this piece I started out with one monster in the middle of the page. After I had finished drawing that monster I had decided it wasn't enought and I wanted to fill the page more. I thought it would be cool if I drew a bunch of different monsters instead of just one to make more stylized work. I made some monsters look more cute and others less so. After I had drawn al the monsters I needed to add candy and I thought what would show their love more than just surrounding them with it.
