Time Capsules

I made three pieces for this time capsule project. One was a perspective piece where I drew a corner of a room, one was a self portrait where I used a mirror to see myself and then drew it, and one was a still life where I drew a pen I had. I decided to draw the corner of my room because it was what I could see from my bed and I decided to draw a pen because I didn't have anything else that I thought would work.

For the still life piece I set up my pen and used a pencil to sketch it into my 7x10 notebook. After I made my sketch I used a pen to make the line work more interesting and to add more contrast.
