Mixed Media Drawing

I used charcoal and ink pen on blue pastel paper to complete this drawing.

My inspiration for this drawing was my cat. I drew him when I first adopted him as a kitten.

My processes for this drawing were to first find a picture to use and crop it and make it black and white. Then I used blue pastel paper and by 2 inch grid lines. Then I started to draw row by row using mostly charcoal stick and pencil but I used white ink pen for some of the bright details on my cats face.
