Duck Stamp

For this project, I used Guache and colored pencil on drawing paper.

I was inspired by the mallard duck for this project. I used pictures online and screenshots from videos for reference. I used my references to accurately show a mallard duck swimming in a pond.

To start this project I found my resources. Then I sketched out a rough shape of a mallard. Then I made the final shape. I started adding colors and layering them to get the color I wanted. I used guache to lighten up some of the spots that were a little to dark.  Lastly, I added details to the water.
