We were tasked to make a robot using Arduinos and various parts with a goal of creating or becoming art. Out idea was to make a robot that plays a piano. Yes we made both the robot and the piano.
Robot Art Show
Our robot was created to play a piano. We set up 5 servos in a line and programmed them to move at specific times. We then had a separate Arduino set up to play a tone when a button is pressed.
Out robot can play both, "Never Gonna Give You Up," by Rick Astley. Along with "Rocky's Theme/ Gonna Fly Now."
Since we used two different Arduinos there where two different codes,
The 1st program; Told the motors when to move.
The 2nd program; Told the buzzer to play a tone when a button is pressed.
Here is a video of our robot play "Never Gonna Give You Up" by Rick Astley

Coulomb’s Law: F = kq1q2/r^2
The law that same's repel and opposites attract
Circuits:
Parallel: A circuit that splits, creating two pathways for the electricity.
Series: A circuit that makes a straight path for the electricity.
Ohm's Law (V=IR):
Voltage: Is the "push," that keeps the electrons moving.
Current: Is the rate at which an electron moves think of it as the "flow."
Resistance: Resistance is an apposing force that slows the electrons down.
Other:
Currents in a wire can cause an electric field that flows clockwise around the wire, You can harness this and make a magnet!
Programming (code I used a lot):
pinmode(#,Output/input)
Digitalwrite/read(D#,High/low)
Analogread(A#,)
If(Logic statement){}
Tone(Frequancy, #)
Schematics and diagrams:
<<Here is a schematic of all the wiring, feel free to zoom in and check it out.
The schematic consist of two Arduinos, five servos, and seven buttons.

During this project I worked really well with my group and with the components. The two Cs I did the best in where: Collaboration and critical thinking. I had a very smart, quick learning group. Having that helped us all quickly develop hypothesis's and try different things. We were able to test how much better/worse an electro magnet preforms in cold/hot temperatures and add on to our robot art show, to make it more complex. I could have worked on my communication and character. Because although we worked well together and accomplished a lot, there where a few times I felt like things could have been explained better. Other than that the project was amazing.
