Work - In this project we learned about the solar system and how it works. We also learned how to find two things that relate to one another. We had to calculate and find the values for planets X and Y. We then started to put this into play which brings me to our phenomenon. For this project we had to create a phenomenon. My partner and I's phenomenon was, The farther away a planet is from the sun, the temperature decreases.
Content -
Fg - The force of mutual attraction between massive objects (law of universal gravitation)
V - Speed of a satellite orbiting an object( Orbital velocity)
Ag - Acceleration of an object on another planet (Acceleration due to gravity)
Reflection - This was our sixth STEM Marin project, for this project we had to work in pairs. My partner was Rowan, him and I had to find two things that were related to one another. Our phenomenon was. The farther away a planet is from the sun then the temperature will decrease. I think my partner and I were able to work well with one another and collaborate well. This was the first project that we had done in pairs. Something that I did well for this project is collaborating and doing my part of the work load. Something that I could work on is not getting distracted so easily, and try to focus more on the work that I have to do.
