For our build a band project It got cut a little short due to COVID-19 yet we still managed to get it done we just can't perform it. Our design cycle was was very organized. We ended up finishing our blue prints and measurements just a few days into the project.
We had some rough spots with building them. Someone was able to finnish their instrument in one day then he helped everyone else in the group with building and re-building.
The last part of this project was to play a song with your instruments. Here is the song we were planning on playing
This is the music that the guitar and the chimes will be playing together throughout the song. The song is called Lucid Dreams but we decided to change the lyrics to make it our own way. We renamed the song to ¨Physics Dreams¨
The didgeridoo, because it has lower notes, we decided to act as our bass line. The notes that it will play go in the order F, E, D, E, F, E, D, E, D, E, F, E, F, E, F. That will repeat for the entire song. That is it as far as instruments go.
For the beat we decided to keep it very simple and use three things. A hi-hit for four beats per measure on beats 1, 2, 3, and 4, and snare on beat 3, and a kick on beat 1. It is very simple and brings out the instruments nicely.
Now we have the lyrics of our song. The song lyric progression goes in this order: Chorus, Verse 1, Verse 2, Verse 3, Chorus (similar to the original song)

Here is a full description of my instrument
My instrument is a cross of a trumpet and didgeridoo. This instrument makes vibrations and sounds by me making a buzzing noise from my lips into the instrument. The finger holes change the wavelengths which leads to playing different notes.The sound waves are amplified because they vibrate through the tube and leave through the end of the instrument. To increase amplification you have to blow harder.
This instrument is four feet long and has 6 holes on the front side and one hole toward the top on the other side. With all the holes open the wavelength would be 1 foot based on the length of my instrument being 4 feet.
A pattern of the instrument is that whenever the wavelength gets smaller the frequency raises. The frequency of the wave is found by solving wavelength over seconds.The notes will change by covering you fingers over the holes in my instrument as shown below:
