Bony Fish Mini Poster

In this unit we learned about different types of fish but most specifically bony fish. bony fish got their name from having bones instead of cartilage. Cartilage is flexible strong tissue which can help for some fish but not for others. The fish I decided to take a deeper look at was the Atlantic Spadefish. Their scientific name is Chaetodipterus Faber. This fish swim in big schools, they are from the atlantic ocean. this fish can grow up to 36 inches long and 20lbs
