Scientific method

Description:

This Project was basically all about using the scientific method. We had to plan and perform our own lab about how the Fortune Teller Fish works. My hypothesis was that the fish reacts to motion. That means the fish would react differently depending on how still your hand was. I found that it was based on the motion but it was not completely bases on that.

Scientific Method:

Ask a question: for my project the question was how does the Fortune Teller Fish work. This is an important step because it gets you started on your project.

Do research:There was to much research that needed to be found. research is important because it gives you a background on what you are planning on doing.

Hypothesis: This is one of the most important steps because you base your whole project around this part. my Hypothesis was;The fish is moving on your hand because of how the fish is shaped and how unsteady your hand is.

Trails: trials is where you test if your hypothesis is correct. I did 3 trails holding the fish 2 different ways.

Conclusion: the conclusion is a statement that summarizes your experiment and restating your hypothesis. For example my hypothesis was not correct so I explained that and explained my trails.
