Prep Supervised Teaching

Teacher professionalism is a vital foundation for creating a positive and effective learning environment. In our EDUC 5280 class, our group explores what it means to be a professional educator, including maintaining ethical standards, building respectful relationships, and committing to continuous growth. This presentation highlights how professionalism shapes not only teacher identity but also student success and trust within the school community. 

This observation highlights effective teaching practices aligned with TPE 1, TPE 2, and TPE 5, focusing on how the teacher creates an inclusive learning environment, maintains purposeful instruction, and assesses student understanding.  This report examines how these practices contribute to a positive and productive classroom experience. 

This reflection looks at my first teaching experience, focusing on how my lesson plan was implemented and how effective it was. It describes student engagement and understanding based on a rubric with high, medium, and low performance levels. I use these results to reflect on my strengths and areas for improvement for future teaching.
