Teacher professionalism is a vital foundation for creating a positive and effective learning environment. In our EDUC 5280 class, our group explores what it means to be a professional educator, including maintaining ethical standards, building respectful relationships, and committing to continuous growth. This presentation highlights how professionalism shapes not only teacher identity but also student success and trust within the school community.
