Lesson 1: 3D Shapes
I needed some light to dark blue colours and black and white. I started the end with black and started to make it get lighter when the colours met.
I needed black, grey and white. the end was black and the grey in middle and made the surface shine.
This was the hardest. I needed some purples. The surfaces were light but the shadows were dark.
Lesson 2: Pinapples
I drew a square and drew diagnol lines.
Draw other diagnols but the opposite way. You'll need to draw some of the shapes inside the boxes to help you colour.
Get the colours you need for the pinapples! Outline smoothly the diagnols.
Colour! Colour the edge with the darkest green and get the lightest green. Get the colour yellow. Blend the colours. Draw a horizontal line in the middle with brown and get soem light brownish stuff and blend!
Step 5
Color the boxes the same. It is finished.
Take a photo and put it in google classroom.
Lesson 3: Slices of fruit
Draw a simple circle.
Draw a smaller circle inside.
Draw a dot in the middle and draw a circle around it.
Draw lines from the middle.
Draw circles inside the triangles.
Blend! Sketch and colour a bit of pencil.
Done! Upload this to google classroom.
If want extensions, try drawing a different fruit.
Lesson 5: Replicating Art Style
Draw your shapes with lots of details.
After, get some color and color in.
Color more and start adding layers with the same color so it can stand out vividly and strongly.
Color the big bits more pushing because this will catch peoples' eyes.
Color the overlapping circles with overlaping colors to show that this is like colored glass.
Look at your finished work and color the light colored bits more darker.
This is my finished product! Send this in google classroom.
You can try zooming into my work and see the tiny details and different circles and lines.
If you see closely at some parts they might seem to like a certain thing like an animal or a furniture, or just color patterns.
In case you want to know what lesson 4 was, it was critiquing Beatriz Milhazes artwork.
This artwork is based on hers. You can search her up and her artworks are great!
First I painted the paint and used a sponge to blend it.
I blended a little bit.
My finished artwork!
This is my finished work.
This is a mistake. There was to much waer on my brush.
These are 2 different colors. One is lighter and one looks darker.
The dark colors look similar. The red line shows where the colors change.
These are my 2 manga faces. I used lines to seperate parts that I rubbed out during the process. I think the one on the left is more rounder but I don't like it. I also think the one on the right needs to be less round because the eyes are a bit far away.
This is my 2 works seperated. The right face looks more small because I didn't need to crop the bottom because of the long hair. The other left one needed to be cropped becuase there doesn't need to be the bottom becuase of the short hair.
These are my eyes in close-up. It is very different. The one on the left is more like a cartoon and the one on the right is more realistic. I tried making these both different so I knew what will looke better. I put blushes on the left and freckles on the right.
Step 1
Draw your manga face.
Step 2
Outline your work with posca pen.
Step 2a
This is a mistake wait for it to dry.
Step 2b
Look out for mistakes.
Step 3
Paint the eyes,
Step 3a
Paint the hair.
I don't like mine 'cause it looks like Elsa😖
These are small papers. It is good for sticking instantly.
These are big papers. You will need to rip these to smaller pieces.
Different colors of papers for different places.
Use clear glue because we are sticking on glass. If we use white glue then you can only see it.
We are making the big artwork with the whole class taking turns in 2 groups.
We still need to work on the bcakground.
We are gluing over the papers because we will need it stable on the paper.
Sticking the papers over the ones below after the glue has been spread underneath.
This is the finished product!
There are some spaces and glue you can see from the outside.
This is how ugly and differnet it looks from the back.
Some of the glue didn't dry yet.
This is my procreate artwork that I made while waiting for my turn for the big artwork.
For both of them I think the outline was a bit to thick.
I got inspired by the class work so I changed it a little bit for the procreate work in my left work. I just deleted the trees, changed the ground color and added some snow.
I am reflective because I thought what I can do better.
I have communicated and collaborated with my classmates when making the big class project.
I am a thinker I have thought about what I can do.
There is an art competition and the theme is looking ahead. These are some 5 minutes drawings for inspiration or ideas.
This is what I think the planet Earth will look like after 50 years.
I thought of future vehicles that mught exist in the future. There is a hoverboard, a flting car and a rocket that might be cheaper than the present 2022.
This is a new invention that might exist. A robot that can feel things and is waterproof.
These are somethings that can be used to help communications.
What will we wear?
This are the things I will be using for my work.
I have started my artwork :)
This is the background,

This is my pencil outline.
Starting with the white chalk.
Adding darker tones and black.
Finishing my cups.

This is my first design for my lino cutting idea.
This is my second one. It took shorter than the 1st one.
My third one. Very fast!
This is my favorite design so I decide to carve the design on lino.
I forgot to take a photo of my sketch but you can see he sketch is harder to see than the cutting.
I cut the filling of the sketch.
I didn't get to finish the lino this lesson so I am going to finish it next week.
I have resumed and made more progress🫠
Cutting the background.
The lino left overs.
I printed and this is a black paper.
This is on the white paper.
Together they show constrant from black to white🖤🤍
It looks really good together.
It's like they're matching and it had the same idea.
New prints. I have used black, blue and white. I used white and black are opposite colors and blue just looks good on pink.
This is red, white and blue. I used it because it's the colors of the Thai flag. I made it blury so it looks like it's on a screen.
This was the same inspiration as the one on the left.
This is white and blue because black background and white and blue looks good.
This is black and blue for the same reason of the left one.
So the bottom left and the top right's mine and the others are Lily's work.
These are all my work. I put the simillar ones diagnoly and I think it looks cool😎
I forgot to take a picture of the progress of using the white wax crayon but now I did my color wash.
I finished the wash for my work. I think I will add more for some detailed stuff.
Started the wax crayon!
I used oil crayons and now I think it's very vibrant!
I added other colors for this part.
I used a lot of colors for this part becuase it's based on like the colors of the rainbows.
This is the finished product! It looks really different from the artwork before I added the oil pastel. I also added a bit of color wash. I really like how the colors are very vibrant. The color wash was used a lot. There are some white wax resist still visible but it still looks good.
We're going to do the same thing but on the big canvas. We split the picture into 4. We're doing the 3rd section.
The canvas is really big so that's why we're working in teams.
This is the picture to draw and copy.
This is the part our group is doing.
We started of with tracing the picture in procreate while Grace drew the outline on the big canvas.
Grace drew the outline on the canvas with pencils so we can't really see it.
We're covering the outline with glue just like we used the wax resist. The glue is washable so we can wash it off after we paint.
So basically, we are drawing the outline again with glue but it doesn't need to perfectly go on the lines.
We needed to be careful to not make the glue lines too thick or thin.
The sketch is more smaller but if we make the glue lines small, it might make a puddle so we made it bigger.
The glue made a small puddle here because the lines were too thick. Also because we made the glue lines to crowded and to close to eachother.
Here, we are expanding the shape and the design.
These dots are accidents. They were made when the glue was still dripping off a fter we used it.
The line on the middle of te artwork is the wooden frame. It holds the canvas and doesn't make it sloppy. Because this is fabric, we didn't use wax resist and that's why we used washable glue. We didn't start the painting yet because the glue isn't dry. I think there are some glue that dripped down in the small holes of the fabric and thankfully, the glue is drying.
This is the finished 'glue work'. The canvas is very big so some of us almos got glue on our shirts but I think the finished product looked good. Some dots were made on purpose by one of our teammates but I think other than that, it looks really good.
