I used the real marker from the payed kit to color the shape, just like on paper I did all the techniques that were taught. I basically colored the parts that were supposed to be filled and went over the shadow bits to make it darker and if appropriate I left out the higghlights. (only applies to some shapes)
I used the soft clean air for the shadows, first I use the colour that is simliar to the shape im rendering except darker. I put the opacity down and rendered the shadows, I basically rendered close to the lines especially on the right because that is where it's incredibly dark. Especially if the shapes are overlapping.
I use the round brush in the painting section to fine-line the outsides to get a dark and impactful line. By doing this it makes the hand whisk pop and makes the shape easier to see and more realistic.
I think I'm supposed to do more layers than this but it is what it is. Obviously the background layer is white then my actual first layer is locked and it's the finelined starter paper. Layer two is the colouring in and the shadows, basically the markers. Layer 4 is for extra finelining on the outside lines and lastly the last layer is for shadows on the outside to make the whisk pop and more realistic, (3D).
I really like this one and Im very proud of this one, I feel like the colour choice is very nice the green and orange contrasts ecahother very well in a non unsuasual or harsh way. I am also very happy with how I rendered this shape I feel like the hsape is fun and easy to render since its curvy, and it was very clear on where the shadows and hightlights should be. Especially the orange bit I really like that because the rendering just made the shape pop and more realistic.
I also really like this one mostly because of the colour choice and how eas and versatile the shape is for rendering, there arent any complicated angles or anything so again like the other shape it was very straightforward and I found it easy to render. The pink and blue I feel like is very pastel and it compliments eachother really well since they are both very soft and it really calms the eyes. I feel like the rendering is also veyr nice the only comment I would make is the button should be rendered more.
I feel like the colour choice of this one is really weird it hurts my eyes looking at it. I dont know why I chose these tw colours but I guess the rendering was quite good.
I dont like this one because the main yellow-ish colour is really ugly. I think its horrible and again I dont know why I chose this colour, the red should've been the main colour. That wouldve made more sense.
This is the third one that I dont like, the rendering in this one sucks, I got confused on where the shadows and the highlights are and everything was just a mess.
This is the starting paper we got before we coloured it in, It's the same as the other handwhisks I did by hand .
This is the final paper, overall I am happy with it since I dislike procreate and I prefer doing it by hand. I think procreate is boring and I dont know why we have to modernise everything doing it by hand is more traditional. Anyways, the colour scheme is alright im happy with it. It doesnt look too bad and I think the rendering is fine too but as I said before doing it by hand is better.
