There is a sense of unclearness in one of my listed metrics to keep my visual consistency in my kanji cooperate system, the number of brushes that I tried to talk about was different brush types within the drawing application that I am using, i.e. markers, crayons, etc.
About my presentation mentioning the benchmarks, there was an in-class conversation with my peer where he mentioned his experience of his Korean learning through Duolingo
He talked about how Duolingo has an awarding system by gaining virtual badge metals after achieving a certain learning objective, as there is also a ranking system that he could compete with his partner and friends who learn different languages enhancing his language learning motivation – this feedback has been recorded as a reference for me if I am applying these similar features in my project
Also my other peer believes that one of my metrics is unrealistic to fulfil due to the remaining time of this semester which I have set the covered illustrated kanji number which is ideally 190. This number will be reduced depending on my average illustration speed for each of my kanji characters
Looking into two of my peers' arranged class activities during this week's class, I was inspired by the way they invited their peers as participants to interact with their designed activities by working through on a whiteboard to collect new data for their Develop Portfolios.
As reminded I should be collecting further data with more perspectives from Japanese learners and English speakers, I will be planning to design class activities by showing a number of actual kanjis with English meanings, asking about their first impression and how they feel towards those characters which can assist with my animate kanji gifs.
Interview invitations to 2 of my Japanese teachers will be sent this coming week for feedback on my animated gifs and drawings so that I can obtain feedback from a Japanese professional educator perspective who often approaches English speakers Japanese learners

Throughout the weekly drawing session, the illustrated kanjis are continually being selected from the N4 and N5 kanji lists, since they the the characters that have the highest recognition as people have been frequently studied over it
