Essayist extraordinaire, Fritz spends copious amounts of time learning about history, politics, culture, and stories. He tends to overthink things, and he sees no way for anyone to summarize their existence in fifty words. Nevertheless, he believes that discerning the complexity of our world is key to appreciating its beauty.

Your friendly neighborhood singer and guitarist, digital artist, and Genshin Impact nerd. Started off writing short stories for her younger sister and has been in the school newspaper since Grade 4. Loves hugs, food, fiction novels, and her Genshin babies Kazuha and Bennett.

A regular guy who spends his free time exercising, practicing martial arts, doing all kinds of sports, watching documentaries, reading books, and playing games. Always smiles for no reason at all and can see through people. He loves learning about animals, reading books about business trends and human nature, and eating wasabi.

Although a little quiet and shy at times, she has a cheerful personality and enjoys making people laugh. Fond of eating sweets, collecting stationery, and organizing her room and loves learning about others, listening to their stories, and sharing stories of her own as well.

She may look unfriendly at a glance, but she'll be the friendliest person you’ll ever meet. Often spends her time watching K-dramas, painting, drawing, graphic designing, and laughing. Despite having a lot of hobbies, she is willing to dedicate her time to writing to the best of her abilities.

Although she may seem shy and introverted at first, she is a very interesting and bubbly person when you get to know her. Often spending time daydreaming and thinking about life and the universe, she has a passion for anything science-related, fantasy and sci-fi novels, D&D, and Genshin Impact.

An introvert at first encounter but might be the most accommodating and high-spirited person you’ll be friends with. Loves watching anime and dramas, reading manga, and playing video games like any other student. Despite being new to Nouvelles, he’s willing to take on challenges to be more adept in writing.

Timothy is your average student who somehow found himself in Nouvelles after not writing for a while. He has typical interests such as anything involving food, fictional shows, exercise, fantasy novels, and games. Other times, he would try to play instruments, watch documentaries, and read on politics and economics.

The bubbliest person you'll ever meet. A self-taught make-up artist, hairdresser, and graphic designer. A teenage girl, story reader and storyteller who fell in love with beautifully written works by Leigh Bardugo and Cassandra Clare. Loves anything related to dinosaurs, novels, online shopping, and self care.

She may seem unapproachable due to her angled brow and pursed lips when in repose, but when she starts talking, she’s gentle, warm, and humorous. She can make people laugh, unconsciously, through her actions. A maverick who appreciates good food, art, and literature and who constantly seeks adventure.

Sophia is a Grade 8 Aristotle student and a member of both Mathematics and Science trainings. She enjoys drawing and reading webtoons in her free time.

Ashley is a Grade 11 student under the General Academics (GA) strand in Ateneo de Manila Senior High School. She works as a member of The Ateneo Senior High School (ASHS) Grafiction.

Charliz Chan is a Grade 11 STEM Biology/Chemistry student. Currently, she is in the Pixel G club to practice photography, the drone elective, and the Chinese elective to learn more about Chinese language and culture. She has an eye for art, which aids her in her hobby of creating illustrations.

Elizabeth Uy Swa is a Grade 11 STEM Biology/Chemistry student. She is a member of the Apologia club and likes making clay trinkets and drawing little things.

Rianne is a Grade 11 Accountancy Business Management (ABM) student, and is a member of the senior high school ABM Training. Some of her interests lie in the fields of art, psychology, and other various aspects in the creative world.

Hannah is a Grade 11 Accountancy Business Management (ABM) student. She is also a part of the JCA Pep Squad. She loves doing any activity that involves creating, such as painting, drawing, cooking and baking. Among all the mediums, painting has always been her strongest.

Aeron is a Grade 12 STEM Biology/Chemistry student and is a member of the Senior High School Multimedia team, as well as the Science Training Program in Biology. He is currently pursuing food technology and writing as a means to satiate his desire for creative expression.

Jade is a Grade 12 STEM Biology/Chemistry student. Currently, she is the Team Captain of the JCA Pep Squad. She was also a member of Chinese Elective in school year 2020-2021.

Lynelle is a Grade 12 STEM Biology/Chemistry student. She loves arts, reading & dancing. She aspires to become a dental health practitioner, and wishes to be able to give back to the community someday.

Ryan is taking a STEM course in De La Salle University Integrated School Manila. He is currently a member of Hiraya, La Societe, The Animo, and the La Salle Debate League.

Shanelle is a Grade 12 STEM Biology/Chemistry student. She is currently a member of JCA’s photography club, Pixel G.

Rafaella is currently a second year Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics Major in Mathematical Finance. She is currently an Executive Associate in Ateneo Mathematics Society.

Francine is a freshman at Ateneo de Manila University, Manila, taking up Applied Mathematics with Specialization in Finance. She is currently a content writer for The Initiative PH and produces educational publication materials and programs for various non-profit organizations.

Janna is a freshman at University of Santo Tomas (UST) taking up Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy student. She is, currently, involved in the UST College of Rehabilitation Sciences (CRS) Student Council as an Executive Staff of the Operations Committee, and the UST CRS Physical Therapy Society as a Junior Associate to the External Vice President.

Mia is a freshman studying at De La Salle University Manila. She is currently taking up Bachelor of Science in Applied Corporate Management. She has worked as a multimedia artist for numerous non-profit organizations and contributed to publishing multiple publication materials for organizations like The Initiative PH and Saldang.

Phoebe is a freshman at the Ateneo de Manila University taking up a Bachelor of Fine Arts Major in Information Design. She is, currently, the Chairperson of the United Evangelical Church of the Philippines Junior Choir and a Creatives Staffer for Ateneo Celadon.

Allaine is a Computer Science student at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She was the Editor-in-Chief of Nouvelles in the S.Y. 2017-2018 and S.Y. 2019-2020.

Mitchel is a second year Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology student in the University of the Philippines, Diliman. She is still creative at heart and is currently (genetically) engineering the life she wants for herself.
