The heared of the syllabus is composed of the following parts:
Subject Information: Located in the heading of the syllabus and cannot be changed, it includes all the details of the subject.
Professor Information and Academic Information: Composed by different section to be completed by the professor.
You will also find here the More Actions tool in order to import other syllabi into the current one.
To fill in the syllabus, you should activate the Edit Mode located on the right side of each of the different editable sections. Whenever you are ready, you can save and deactivate the Edit Mode to see the content.

When the syllabus comes from a metasyllabus, the sections are highlighted in blue.

Colour code for each section
Dark Blue
All the required information is correctly filled.
Light Blue
There is information to be filled, but it is not compulsory.
Red
There is compulsory information to be filled; until then, the syllabus cannot be sent.
You will also find different alerts in each section that will give you clues on what information needs to be added:

It will highligh which not compulsory information has to be filled out.

To edit a particular section, click on the Edit button in the right-hand corner of the section. Click Return to View Mode when you have finished editing. To avoid losing the changes you make, please click Save Changes at the bottom of each of the sections you modify.
If necessary, new sections with personalized titles can be added in 3 different locations of the syllabus by clicking the + symbol Add a new section.
Once you clic on Edit button, the section will expand to show the boxes available to include or modify text. You can paste information from another source, for example Word, and apply the format desired.
Click on Save Changes and Return to View Mode when you are done editing.
Every movement between phases the syllabus has gone through will leave a trace here.
This section will show the different prices associated with each purchasable material —e.g. HBPS or The Case Centre cases.
Find here the minimum and maximum percentage of asynchronous sessions required for the course in relation with the ones set in the current syllabus.
Professors' résumé.
There is a specific box for the office hours in this section, where the professor should include the contact information.
Description of the methodology approach the professor will follow in the course. A table with the list of learning activities will be displayed for the professor to complete the weighting on each of them.
This section also includes the AI Policy, where expectations regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence must be clearly stated. Its completion is mandatory.
Session by session of the course, with a description of the content, materials and any other relevant instruction for the preparation of the session.
Definition of the evaluation criteria that will assess the success of the learning process of the student in the course. Each learning objective should be evaluated through one or more of the evaluation criteria.
Description of the compulsory or recommended bibliography.
Behaviour rules for the students in class. The section links to the institutional information. Professor can add text, if needed.
Attendance rules for the students. The section links to the institutional information. Professor can add text, if needed.
Ethical rules for the students in class. The section links to the institutional information. Professor can add text, if needed.
