All the relevant information about the students evaluation has to be presented in this section.
You will find different boxes to add the information:
The first one is used as an introduction/explanation of the evaluation method.
If your subject requires it, it will display a chart of criteria rates.
The last section, which appears if applicable, is used to explain the failing grade and the reassessment policy.
It is important to add the different criteria that will be taken into account in the students evaluation.
To do so, use the Add Criteria button. Then you can select its type in the drop-down menu (the text that will be visible to students can be modified regardless of its type), add manually in the criteria box the one you want to be visible for the students, you can also include any other comments.
The Suggested score % (if it is filled in) indicates the suggested range for the criterial. The suggested ranges are indicated by Area Director and Program Direction.
In the Learning Objectives box you will need to indicate one or more Learning Objectives (from the ones described in the Learning Objectives section) will be evaluated through that criteria.
Remember that the total must add up to 100%. The information is saved automatically each time you make changes, but you can also click the "Save changes" button located at the bottom of the section.
