DoDEA Student Information System (DSIS) online registration is currently available for families requesting enrollment in schools serviced by Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). DSIS online registration reduces manual forms and makes it easy for parents to register their child for school.(Please click the icon to register)

PCS Orders
Official Transcripts from every school your child has received HS credit, including Middle School
Rising Freshmen must provide a report card or transcript showing proof of promotion

Step 2 - Intake Appointment
Step 2 - Intake Appointment
Once all documents are uploaded in DSIS, the registrar will contact you to schedule the intake appointment. At this meeting you will be scheduled to meet with a counselor.
At the initial meeting, the counselor will:
Complete a transcript review
Review DODEA graduation requirements
Discuss Career and Educational Pathways & Academies
Build a student schedule
Set a start date and time

We like to meet with all of our new students in person. Due to the counselors' summer schedules, your registration appointment may take place over two different days.
Starting in July, we host student-led school tours every Wednesday from 9-11 and 12-2. We also host a New Student/Freshmen orientation the week before school starts.
If you are interested in trying out for sports during the school year, arrive with a recent sports physical. Physicals are good for one school year. Follow our Facebook and Instagram Pages for all Summer Updates.

If your student will be riding a bus you will need to fill out the Transportation Request Form (on the left) and email it to the transportation office.

If you arrive after the first day of school, your student will report to the Counseling Office
A WHS Student Ambassador will be there to meet your student
The Student Ambassador will:
Introduce the student to the front office staff and teachers
Show the student where their classes are on Blue and Gold days
Assist with setting up all school accounts on Chromebook
Help with locker location and combination
Set a meeting point for lunch and go through lunch routine, eat lunch with student
Our Student Ambassadors are trained to assist new students for the first week at WHS. They will discuss schedule, transportation, and activities, sports, and clubs.
