If you're missing a uniform award/item you were supposed to receive and did not after the given ceremony date fill out this form. Please note that competition ribbons are not guaranteed to be replaced. Do not lie about receiving an award you did not earn. Cadet record WILL be referenced.

Butler Drill Meet Interest Form
Butler Drill meet is an annual event where we host schools from around the area. Butler Drill is one of the biggest events we prepare so we need all the help we can get! It's a good way to meet people from new schools and learn about the inner workings of a large event such as this one. DRILL team members and RAIDER team members MUST fill out this form and attend both the briefing and the event.
