Our Orienteering Team is centered around map reading skills. Cadets try out for this team to work on skills in order to navigate through terrain. The team competes at least once per year in the CMS-sponsored Orienteering Meet in conjunction with the Carolina Orienteering Club.

CMS Orienteering Teams 2021/22

Please congratulate our JROTC Orienteering Teams for an awesome job during the CMS Orienteering Competition at McDowell Nature Park. All three teams found a perfect 10 out of 10 points under 1 hour and 35 minutes within a 5-mile radius amongst 20 other CMS teams. So proud of their performance!!! Go Bulldogs!!!
