Transportation
The HOP (254) 933-3700 - Hill Country Transit District offers bus service to residents of Temple and surrounding communities. Every bus is wheel-chair accessible, and door-to-door paratransit service is available to those that qualify. The HOP operates Monday - Friday 5:25am - 6:45pm. No weekend or holiday service is provided. Monthly Passes, Multi-Ride passes and tokens available.
Two routes operate in Temple each weekday from 5:55 am to 6:30 pm – Service is not available during holidays or weekends.
Standard fare to ride each route is $1.00

Temple Bus Center (254) 773-4123 – Service provided by Greyhound and Arrow Trailways of Texas. Busses depart daily to connection stations in Waco, Killeen, Austin, and Houston.
Buses leave daily at 7:50 am (to Waco), 2:40 pm (to Waco), and 4:30 pm (to Killeen, Austin, & Houston

City of Belton ARPA Community Aid Fund - available to help meet the immediate needs of individuals and families who are currently residing in the city of Belton. The fund helps with the following: housing, utilities (electric, gas, & water), internet, phone, and HOP bus services.
