Catholic Charities of Central Texas: Financial Stability (254) 383-1452 - focuses on giving a hand up, not just a handout, through financial education and literacy services. The program helps individuals prevent homelessness and achieve financial security through case management, education and emergency financial assistance that may include utilities, rent, and mortgage.
