Long Response

A- The UAW union is threatening to go on strike if they don't see big improvement in contract negotiations by Friday. UAW President Shawn Fain said that workers at factories will also join the strike. Ford, General Motors and Stellantis, said they want to settle the strike and held back from directly criticizing the threat and making it worse. Mark Stewart, the North American chief said they are trying to find common ground with the UAW.

B- One is they want to see progress in the contract negotiation and the other is that the strike reduces the demand for steel

C- Jose Munoz, president and chief operating officer of South Korean car maker Hyundai Motor Corp. said that this strike will hurt the company by a long strike because the need for production could decrease

D- Yes i do becuse they deserve better and all they want is just to do their job and get paid but that won't happen if there is strike going on for something that they had no part of and didn't do anything to cause it. I think no matter what job anyone has they shouldn't get treated like this and should be able to stand up for themselves and speak up instead just standing back and not doing anything.

E- I think so because i don't think it's fair for workers to be treated like this or anyone who has a job because I think everyone shoudl eb treated fairly when it comes to working and their job.

F- I think it's happening because people are probably scared to get fired if they say something or stand up for themselves for not being treated fair and if they really need the job too then they definitely  won't stand up because they don't want to get fired.
