SOCIAL STUDIES: Where Do You Live?:The children will understand that they can describe where they live in different ways. We will talk about knowing their phone number, address, city, and state.
SCIENCE: Apples:The children will learn about the life cycle of an apple by observing apples, learning the parts of the apple and how the apple grows.

Week of September 8th:
RELIGION: The children will be learning that pronouncing the name of Jesus reverently, is to show respect for him. We will talk about the importance of names and that Jesus’ name is holy. Monday, September 8th, we will be talking about The Birthday of Mary.
MATH: We will continue identifying/sorting colors and learning about 2-D shapes.
LANGUAGE ARTS: We are focusing on one letter each day through fun and engaging activities. Last week we completed the letters Cc-Ff, and this week we will be working with the letters Gg-Kk.
