There are an extraordinary number of software options when it comes to recording and editing video. Some are free and offer only basic features. But you can also find professional options that are costly and difficult to learn.
We can't possibly cover every option on the market, but in this section, we'll review some of our recommendations. The software here is readily available to you as an NYU faculty member, and it is geared towards non-media professionals.
