•Ensure physical security of FTI and SSA data and the computer equipment and systems that contain such data. This includes locking your computer when you step away
•Never share passwords. Ever!
•Collect and maintain only the information that is needed to administer the tax laws and perform official duties
•Use the information only for the purpose for which it was collected
•Understand the content of the Agency’s Federal Taxpayer Data Security Policy
•Become disclosure-conscious
