Keep hard copies and portable media (CD) stored when not in use during the day. Do not leave it unattended on your desk. FTI is not allowed outside of DOR offices. A remote work area is not considered a DOR office.

Turn hard copies and portable media over to your section’s designated official at the end of the day for storage in an IRS approved filing cabinet overnight. Your desk drawer is not an approved storage area.
