• Viewing FTI data without a business need, this includes your own information

• Downloading or saving FTI

• Sending FTI by email (this includes SSN, ITIN, FEIN)

• Printing or exporting FTI without manager approval

• Copying FTI documents or data without manager approval

• Sending FTI by fax without manager approval
