COMPAS Trail Guides and Trailblazers

We have assembled a group of expert, strategic agency SMEs from business groups across the State. This team of Trail Guides will share their expertise and provide guidance to the Payroll Implementation Team for the duration of the project. The COMPAS Trail Guides will be providing guidance and feedback in two groups:

Trailblazer volunteers will be participating in system usability and performance validation which is a new practice for State software implementations. Our Colorado Digital Service partners will be overseeing this guided and independent review of system functionality.
