Faithful Friday

YOU DID IT! I knew you could do and am so proud of all students, parents and teachers. You made it through your first week of eLearning at home. I know it was a challenge, but I pray you will see the strength and resiliency this accomplishment has brought to everyone. As I have said all week, as a mom who is working from home I know how challenging this can be. It is times like this that we need to lean on others for support, a laugh, or a few minutes to help us see perspective when it all becomes too much. Know that the positivity you have provided the faculty and myself over the past week means more than we can put into words. The St. Patrick School community is truly a special one.

I will continue to do morning prayer each day. I am so happy to know that for so many this is helping keep a routine. The pictures you are sending are terrific, and truly help myself and the faculty feel connected to you! It is an understatement to tell you that we miss the students and being together. Send pictures of you praying with me!

My own mom has spent the week telling me that God never gives us more burdens then we can handle. We need to have faith during these times. We need to walk without fear and face Week 2. We can do this!

I wish you a peaceful and restful weekend.

Blessings,

Dr. Ross

PS - Please know that the faculty will be signing off as of 2:30PM Friday. They will not answer emails or communications until Monday morning. They too need a few days to rest and recharge! They will each be posting their schedule in their classrooms for the students.
