It is Together Tuesday! Send a picture of your family doing something fun to admissions@st-pats.org

Together Tuesday

Happy St. Patrick's Day! I hope everyone enjoys the day. This day is always one of the highlights of our school year. It is sad that we will not be together, but I encourage you to make it special for your child at home. As I encouraged the students in their message - wear green and celebrate!

We did it and made it through Day 1! Thank you to everyone who reached out to the faculty and myself with words of encouragement, compliments and kindness. Please know it meant so much. We also greatly appreciated those who reached out with suggestions on how to meet student needs. Know that we take your thoughts seriously.

I am so proud of all the students and their effort on day one. I want to clarify participation in instruction and attendance, since we did have a few questions about this. Assignments, per our guidelines, must be posted for all students on the day of instruction. Students then have 24 hours to complete the assignments. This submission within the 24 hours will represent eLearning attendance for the day the assignment was posted. If you child does not submit before the 24 hour deadline, he/she will be marked absent for the day, or in the case of departmental grades, the class. Make-up policies for all work and attendance are found in the handbook. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please email your child's teacher.

As we celebrate the feast of our patron, Saint Patrick, I will continue to pray for your safety and health during this time. I will see everyone at morning prayer tomorrow!

Blessings,

Dr. Ross, Principal

Together Tuesday: The Student Council started this important endeavor during Catholic Schools Week and asked me to continue it through the school year and we will! Please send photos with a description of what your family is doing together during this time, such as playing board games, praying together, saying the rosary, practicing for the 8th grade play, playing basketball in the driveway, etc. Send them to admissions@st-pats.org
