Introduction To Bread Types
Discuss different bread styles: Provide an overview of the specific bread being taught, its origins, and any unique characteristics.
Ingredients overview: Flour types, yeast, sourdough starter, water, salt, and any specialty ingredients (like herbs or olives for focaccia).
Fermentation basics: A brief explanation of yeast and fermentation (could include a visual of dough rising).
