It shows the aims, the topics and the activities of our environmental education which are conducted by various subject departments, the OLE Team, the STEAM Education Team, the Green School Working Team, and the PTA.
To develop students’ creativity and high-order thinking skills in resolving current issues in environmental conservation and sustainable development both locally and globally. Students read the selected article and answer a set of related questions.
Courses will be provided to our staff members by the Green School Working Team when necessary to broaden their knowledge in environmental conservation and sustainable development.
The undergraduate programmes relating to environmental studies, engineering and green finance offered by local universities are shown to facilitate our students' further studies in these fields so that they can serve our society in the green sector.
The activities participated by our students are also shown to review their efforts in transforming their attitudes, gaining knowledge, acquiring values and skills in green education.
To enable students to gain more knowledge about the biodiversity around our campus, species survey will be arranged for our students.
Based on the survey reults, we will explore the factors, such as climate change, invasion of other species, or changes in the environment, which affect the sustainable ecology in our campus.

An online survey for teachers was conducted for the evaluation of the Green Curriculum 22-23 in July 2023. There were 20 responses. The results are shown in the pie charts.
The overall evaluation is good for students' establishing their green habits and practices but is satisfactory for students' acquiring green knowledge.
Suggestions will be made to the subject teachers of the Green Curriculum and to our students. It is hoped that improvements can be observed in the future.
