Dippers: Fried Pitas

Diced tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh garlic, diced onion, capers, and sliced green olives. Served with toasted baguettes. 

Charcoal Grilled Veggies

1/2 ears of local fresh corn steamed in honey placed on our charcoal grill till the natural sugars are browned. Served with butter, salt and pepper.

Signature Sauce: Tzatziki

An array of seasonal vegetables sliced and placed on a bamboo skewer, marinated overnight in our house balsamic Italian dressing. Kabobs served with pita bread.

The classic Pittsburgh dumpling! Sauteed in butter with sliced yellow onion until golden brown.

Hand breaded and Yuengling Lager battered fresh eggplant slices topped with SpitfireZ Marinara sauce and provolone, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses.

Skin on diced red potatoes blanched and tossed with diced celery, shredded carrot, and diced red onion, in a sour cream dill sauce.

Only the freshest seasonal fruits are used to make our hand cut fruit salads. We hand pick our fruits so you never know what will be in yours. Fruit Salads are priced seasonally as we are at the mercy of the market.

Large diced red potatoes roasted and simmered in butter, fresh garlic, and parsley.

Diced skin on sweet potatoes simmered in butter and our aromatic spice blend. Finished with cran-rasins, banana's and a drizzle of REAL maple syrup. 

Pasta Marinara

Homemade classic red tomato sauce made with fresh garlic, and onion. Simmered with our special spice blend.  

Macaroni & Cheese

Spiral cavatappi pasta cooked al dente and tossed in our smoky cheddar cheese sauce. 

Garlic Primavera

Snow Peas, multi colored bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, black olives, shredded carrots tossed in garlic olive oil sauce. 

Honey Glazed Seasonal Vegetables

Fresh cut seasonal vegetables. If it doesn't look good at market, we don't buy it. Mostly zucchini, squash, eggplant, broccoli, and green beans sauteed in butter and our vegetable spice then finished with honey.   

Green Beans Almondine

Fresh french cut green beans steamed and sauteed in a almond butter and finished with sliced almonds. 

Sugar Snap Peas & Roasted Red Pepper

Fresh sugar snap peas sauteed with roasted red peppers, soy sauce and butter. Finished with our garlic, ginger vegetable spice. 

Honey Steamed Corn on the Cob

Local fresh corn steamed in honey then, placed and served out of a styrofoam cooler so your corn keeps fresh for hours. Served with butter, salt and pepper. 

Garlic Broccoli        w/ Cashews

Fresh cut broccoli crowns steamed and sauteed in a cashew garlic butter sauce. 

Zesty Fiesta Honey Corn

Sweet yellow corn tossed with diced red onion, multi colored bell peppers, and lightly touched with some diced jalapeno. All sautéed in real butter and finished with honey.
