Our hoagies are made with fresh meat right off our charcoal rotisserie, no processed meats. Each hoagie is made with Scambati's Bakery Italian Buns, lettuce & tomato in a separate zip bag, and each hoagie is paired with one of SpitfireZ own signature sauces.

Sick of the same old hoagie & candy fundraisers? A perfect new twist on fundraising, homemade soup! SpitfireZ made from scratch soups, that are never frozen, are perfect to tuck into the freezer and save for those chilly days. The soup is packaged in strong plastic quart (32oz) containers that is easily enough soup for 2 large bowls.Â

Fundraising Details:
Selling Time Frame:
From the Selling Date to the Fundraiser Date. The turn around time for your fundraiser is 3 weeks. This gives your sellers 2 weeks to raise as much as possible. Since everything is prepared from scratch & roasted, SpitfireZ needs a minimum of 1 week to prepare your fundraiser from the Money Date.
Fundraiser Date: The date that you receive the products.
Selling Date: The date you start selling the products.
Money Date: The date the money is due to SpitfireZ.
Delivery:
Depending on the size of your fundraiser, the products will be placed into large Igloo coolers and delivered to one location. It is up to your sellers to distribute the products they sold.
Shelf Life:
Hoagies - Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
Soup - Refrigerate for up to 7 days. Freeze 3 months.
Fundraising Tally Sheet
We will design your sellers tally sheets custom for your fundraiser! If you do not have a logo for your organization or fundraiser, SpitfireZ will design one for you.
NEW Online Hoagie Sales!
Now you don't physically have to see your buyers to sell them their hoagie or soup. SpitfireZ has made a simple form that your customers for your fundraiser can pay online via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card then pick up at your designated drop-off up point. Or we can have your sellers name on the forms so they can deliver when the fundraiser is completed. It could be 100% online! No collecting money, just organizing and delivering.
